• Paid in full at the time of booking

• Include a 90-minute call and a personalized post-call action map

One-Time Projects:

• Require 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery

Retainer Packages:

• Billed upfront each month

• Hours are reserved based on our agreed-upon contract

• If consistent underuse occurs, we may reassess your package to ensure alignment

Additional Work:

• Any work exceeding the contracted retainer hours will be billed at your package’s hourly rate

• You will be notified before additional charges are incurred

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer refunds on any services or digital products due to the nature of the work. If you need to reschedule or cancel a call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the rescheduling link provided.

Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled without a new booking.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Show up prepared to each session or meeting

• Respond to communications in a timely manner

• Provide complete and accurate information required for your services

Failure to do so may delay the timeline or affect outcomes. the Purple Rose Co. is not responsible for missed deliverables due to client delays.

While we are confident in the quality of our services, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Your results will vary depending on your business, participation, and implementation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided by the Purple Rose Co. during sessions or projects are for your use only. You may not copy, share, or distribute any documents, templates, or proprietary frameworks without written consent.

9. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND INTEGRATIONS

We may recommend or utilize third-party platforms (e.g., ConvertKit, Notion, ClickUp). You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts, subscriptions, and ensuring their correct integration.

We are not liable for any errors, limitations, or outages caused by third-party software.
